MYMOVE is a platform used by millions to manage key moving tasks in one place, including changing a mailing address through direct USPS integration, updating utilities, accessing offers, and following guided checklists.
MYMOVE’s early marketing site was fully static and visually disconnected from the brand, resulting in a fragmented user experience. We redesigned the site from the ground up, introducing branded illustrations, color gradients, and lighter, more approachable copy to better reflect MYMOVE’s personality.
We then transitioned the site to a CMS-driven WordPress build, replacing a developer-dependent workflow with flexible, reusable components. This allowed content writers to create new pages and update content independently, without sacrificing design consistency or performance.

Redeveloped MYMOVE’s USPS address-change experience to replace a dated, high-friction flow with a clearer, more reliable experience that users could complete without confusion or drop-off.
We rebuilt it as a Vue.js single-page application tightly integrated with United States Postal Service services. Rather than sending users to an external USPS flow, the experience allowed them to complete an official address change directly within MYMOVE while maintaining USPS requirements, validation rules, and reliability standards.
MYMOVE+ is a premium, authenticated experience that helps users manage the most important parts of a move in one place. It allows users to complete various moving related tasks like updating your address, find movers, signing up for utilities, and much more, all in one place.
We built MYMOVE+ as an extension of the core platform, using a component-driven frontend designed to work with authenticated user data. The interface prioritizes clarity and reuse, allowing personalized tasks and recommendations to scale as new features were added.
