HelloMedicare is a Medicare brokerage platform that helps seniors compare, understand, and enroll in Medicare plans with clear, unbiased guidance. It simplifies a complex decision by pairing educational resources with licensed agents who help users find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

The HelloMedicare website was integrated with a machine learning–powered recommendation tool that analyzed a user’s healthcare data to personalize plan selection. Rather than manually entering doctors, prescriptions, and coverage needs, the system automated data gathering and matched users with plans that supported their specific health requirements. This significantly reduced friction and helped users make faster, more confident enrollment decisions.
